Bleach 449 : Not Be a Drug is the continuation of the Bleach Manga series.
From the last episode... Bleach Manga 448: Loading a Lie. Inoue gets inside the game to heal Ichigo as well as Chad to do his own training in preparation in fighting Tsukishima. Inoue tries to heal Ichigo but Ginjou can't wait and tries to attack Ichigo. But Ichigo is not yet ready so Inoue tries to block Ginjou using her Shiten Koushun. This Blocks the attack and at the same time it explodes outwards and dissipates the force of the blow. It appears that Inoue has some improvements after all....
